Custom Meditation Painting

'‘I connected with Allison at a very challenging time in my life. I had recently lost a much-hoped for, later-term pregnancy while accepting some painful realities from my own childhood. I’d also recently lost my closest parent-like figure and was struggling to balance my love and grief, the abundance in my life and the extreme loss. My journey into parenthood was proving to be extremely difficult and I was looking for a way to connect with and feel held by the maternal energy inside and around me. I needed to find a way to honor and acknowledge my grief while hoping to bring new life into this world.

There are moments of my sit with Allison that I will remember for the rest of my life. I continue to be floored by her intuition, clarity of vision and ability to connect with me, our shared energy and the love and support around me. This was one of the most organic, effortless experiences of my life. There is no possible way she could have known I’d just lost my closest loved one, and she called him into the room and announced his love and presence in a way that still brings me to (happy) tears when I think about it. There have been many trying moments, when I remember this moment and know that I am loved, held and watched over. Both the painting she created and the written words she shared after our sit have continued to bring me strength, reassurance and wisdom – especially as I welcomed my sweet son into the world almost one year ago to the day.

This experience was everything I had hoped for and more. Not a day goes by when I don’t look at my painting and feel gratitude in my heart – for Allison and her practice, for this unparalleled experience, and the joy it continues to grow in my life.’ - R.K.
